Here's Matt's short version:

"I grew up in Louisiana...left at 16 and somehow ended up a snowskier travelling around the world. I walked into an advertising agency in Germany to design a poster and somehow ended up fullfilling a dream of making an album. "Nothing truly great ever happened without passion"... somebody famous said that, pretty sure I read that somewhere... Actually a bit of luck and help from your friends goes a hell of a long way too. I hope you dig the album... and special thanks to Jimi Hendrix for being Jimi Hendrix!"

Matt had just finished his movie segment for French filmmaker Thierry Donard's famous sports sequel "Nuit de la Glisse". They often heard him play the accoustic guitar after shooting and offered him to use one of his songs during his appearance as a skier. During ISPO sports show in Munich Australian snowboard pro Todd Mason introduced him to Joern Kachelriess from Yearning Communications.
Both sharing the same passion for music and sports, they decided to give it a try and recorded their first song "Further" together. Soon after followed "Elevation" and the desire to make a full album.
"One (song) is like none and two's only one more" (JK).

An invitation to play live at the Olympia winter show in London sounded tempting enough to form a band. Now being 5, the project became a band.

During the following 2 years Reardon played live shows in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, France and Italy.

In 2005, after almost 10 years from home Matt decided to return to the US. In 2006 a new line-up was complete and Matt recorded a new selection of songs together with legendary producer Bob Marlette. Currently Reardon is on a 5 week club tour and ready to hit the studio to release the follow-up album later this summer.
Stay tuned!
